Restaurant Semifreddo was open in 2003.  Semifreddo —  is a fine dining classical Italian, sicilian and author's cuisine restaurant from the famous sicilian chef Nino Graziano.

Semifreddo is the perfect harmonious combination of modern and classic.

This applies not only to the interior but, of course, to the cuisine and menu, which is divided into several sections and includes: a traditional Sicilian creative menu from Nino Graziano, special menu offer from the chefs(Nino Graziano and Luca Verdolini), which is updated once a year, dishes from traditional Italian products, as well as the Semiramis menu.
